I never really enjoyed having breakfast, I was never very hungry, but found that my energy levels dipped without it. This is perfect, easy to digest, full of nutrition and delicious! You need a good hand blender.
For one person:
3 tablespoons of plain yoghurt (fruit yoghurts are laden with added sugar, avoid them)
3 strawberries/two tablespoons of frozen berries/handful of blue or blackberries
3 leaves of fresh mint
a tiny bit of water to get the consistency to where you want it
pumpkin seeds (optional)
Blend and drink!
